XPS 17 9710, USA to Romania, warranty
XPS 17 9710
Hello, my name is Bogdan Danila and I would like to inquire if I could benefit from warranty services for XPS 17 9710 , in Romania and eventually get the relevant contact details. The laptop has been purchased from USA in month of March and the issue I am facing is with its camera, and hardware related. The camera is not working properly, sometimes is working if pressing the white led, it seems to be a loose contact. Your advise would be much appreciated.

To transfer a warranty,
1. The system model must be sold in Romaina,
2. You must have purchased the system with an extra cost onsite service plan.
If both of those hold, see link below. If not, the system needs to be returned to the US for repair and you'll need to work with the US technical support team.
