XPS 13, new, disappointing LCD issue
Hello,
I recently purchased a new Dell XPS 13 laptop, which was delivered on August 29, 2024. Unfortunately, upon unboxing, I noticed a significant issue with the LCD. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter this problem with a brand new product, especially from a company as reputable as Dell. This experience has left me quite dissatisfied.

If the system was purchased direct from Dell, you have 30 days to return it for a refund or replacement.
