WUR team is not responding for 10 days
My Alienware motherboard is dead and it is under premium support warranty, Dell offered me a replacement and my technical team got the replacement request get approved by systems replacement team. From the last 10 days I have been contacting Dell to get an update of the status of my request, I have been mailing the replacement team every day and calling tech support at least technical support sends a mail to replacement team that I am not getting any response from my case owner Vaibhav, but it seems mails I sent to replacement team are of no use. After calling and mailing Dell for the past 10 days, I am starting to feel dell is escaping to replace my laptop, it's been 45 days since I reported the problem, still it is not resolved. I feel their overpriced premium support is not worth the money we pay for.

Update = Dell team is reporting that the WUR (whole unit replacement) has been shipped.
