Why is it so difficult to place orders with Dell by Credit Card
Last time, this time, every credit card I use gets rejected. Why is Dell red flagged by credit cards? Last time I suffered through working with my bank. This time I tried three different cards and I give up and will purchase elsewhere.

If multiple credit cards from different banks were used, the issue was not with the credit cards. It could be that your account get red flagged!!!
For existing account, check for any unresolved issue, negative judgement.
For new account, verify your delivery address if acceptable by Dell.
