Warranty claim without receipt
I'm planning on buying a 2nd hand Latitude 7420 with a warranty until December 2025. The unit has no receipt. Would that be a problem for the warranty?

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser until it is transferred to you, and that requires verification of ownership by the seller. Further, bear in mind that not all warranties transfer internationally; there are locations where Dell has no corporate presence, or terms of warranties differ.
At minimum, insist the seller provide ahead of the sale, the service tag of the system and proof of ownership. If they cannot or will not, walk away and buy from a seller that will.
