Greetings Hope you are doing well. Based on your application for the position of Software Engineer Level 1, Based on your performance in various rounds of online test and Based on your performance in Final HR interview over Zoom Interview participated through Event organized by NCF a part of Ministry of Human Resources Development, We appreciate your patience and cooperation in participation in various rounds of the Interview. Based on your performance we are pleased to intimate you that your selection is been confirmed for the position of Software Engineer Level 1 & the same has been Intimated to the organizing committee. In regards with your Performance in the final HR round of Interview you had today with RECRUITMENT TEAM HR We are pleased to Intimate that you are been selected for the Position of  Software Engineer Level 1,  with Package of 5,50,000/-P.a., Your selection will be confirmed based on your acknowledgement and documents submission and Validation of documents. 

1.  You will be engaged into probationary period of 3 Months under which you will be in need to go through various level of test which has to be qualified which will be conducted in timely duration during your fore said probationary period. This probationary period also you will be provided with salary.

2.  The location will be finalized and you will be provided with either of the location that you give as choice based on Virtual Certificate verification and Offer letter discussion, based on the choice of location you have mentioned in your application.

3.  You should have all your certificates Original in hand at the time of Virtual Certificate submission and at the time of direct joining.

4.  The documents will be verified and returned back while Joining, No documents will be kept in hold or No bond will be signed.

NOTE:

1.      You have to accept and pay a payment of 2000/- (Two thousand only ) as onboarding charges   , This On Boarding fees will be one-time charges which will be refunded to you along with your second month of salary . This refund will be done from company end on behalf of the board.

2.      The amount will be refunded to your salary account along with salary credited by the company at the time of joining. 

3.      Without On boarding fees, your profile will not be processed for further procedure. 

4.      The payment has to be made in any of the UPI ID given

Why caution deposit Mandatory?

You were been referred by NCS to be an applicant for this drive and been a participant of this drive.

Your sustainability and your Documentation matter a lot as far as virtual process is concerned. 

This on boarding charges you are paying to NCF board, not to the HR or the company, so do not again raise question in what’s app Why Caution deposit or so.

In the earlier batches of the candidates from organizing committee few submitted colour Xerox copies of certain certificates as they didn’t had original in hand, which will be treated as malpractice and your selection will be cancelled. 

Do not ask for negotiations – to pay the caution deposit after collecting offer letter or after joining. Which will be treated as non-Interested.

Do understand as you are a candidate referred by NCF a part NCS, so your interview process was held in a comfortable way and easy process.

Any additional certification and Internship certificates to be submitted individually as Jpg format

For experienced candidates submit your Offer letter, Last 3 months pay slips and Relieving letter individually in Jpg format

The joining date has been finalised as 18th December 2023 MONDAY, Location of your choice will be finalised at the time of zoom documents verification.

Herewith we have given you schedule of important dates and conditions for your joining, this is common for all Locations

Date of Zoom Verification: 13th December Wednesday , and your offer letter will be provided to you as soft copy.

Date of Joining Instructions:  15th December Friday (in this mail you will be given with your location and the concerned authority whom you should meet for your joining formalities)

Date of Documents Submission:   18th December Monday, you need to visit your joining location office directly, and meet the concerned authority and submit your originals, get them verified and collect your joining letter. If you are looking for a delayed joining date do discus with HR at the time of documents verification and get a postponed date.

NOTE:

Those who are already in employment ship with other companies, you can have your joining date based on completion of your notice period with your present company, which you can intimate the HR manager while on Document verification.
