terrible customer care experience

The tracking system doesn't work properly and I am not happy with the customer care from Dell. It's been more than one month and I didn't receive my alienware.

Firstly, when I ordered the laptop, the information about the delivery was, ships in 6-8 business days. In addition, on my order information it says that it was shipped on November the 17th. It's been 20 business days! I can accept some delay but not that much.

Secondly, Dell's delivery tracking system by Syncreon website is the worst. I checked the tracking details on Tuesday 17th which clearly showed that the item was shipped and the estimated time of arrival should be on Friday 27th and that I should make sure someone was in to sign for the laptop. Over these weeks the tracking never updated. I've spent the day waiting around for my delivery and it hasn't shown up. Now the website shows that the order was CANCELLED on December the 07th. So I decided to ring Syncreon and ask where my laptop was and for my surprise they gave me the Dell UK number and no information about my parcel.

Finally, I can't find or add any information about my order on my account. I've expected more from Dell after buying a premium laptop. It's been extremely frustrating. I've tryed to call and send email but I've been completely ignored!

Update January 6, 2021 = DELL-Cares agent setup refund.
