Purchase Verification
Hi! Last year I tried buying a Dell Laptop and had problems with the phone order verification. This led to me being unable to buy from you since the window of time for me to receive the laptop passed.
now I am travelling to the US for a week, and I want to try again to buy a laptop. Is there any way of verifying which is not via phone which is very costly and did not work for me in the past?

Not working for Dell. My input is from a computer user. For a week time, you may not be able to make the online or phone purchase, waiting for the system build and delivery time. Your better option is to purchase already built laptop at a retail store. Remember to select a system that can support warranty service in your home region.
