Purchase not showing on Account

I recently bought a monitor, and the purchase/order# does not show up under My Orders. All I am trying to do is download the Tax Invoice.

I search via the Order Number which it finds but then prompts me to log into my account, which I do but it says that I do not have any orders.

I search via the Order Number again and try to verify via my email, but it says that the account does not recognise the email - but it is the only email addresses noted on the account and where all the OTP are sent.

I search via the Order Number again and try to verify via my mobile phone number, but it says that the account does not recognise the number - but it is the number listed on the account where all my delivery statuses from Dell were sent to.

I then try to get help via the Dell Support Website / Chat function and there is NO ability to talk to a human and the 'virtual assistant' sends me into an infinite loop or abruptly ends the chat.

I then try to reach Customer Support via the 1800 number and that is even worse than the online assistance with NO ability to talk to a human, tells me to say 'Customer Care' which I do then tells me to log into my account and hangs up.

All I want to do is download the tax invoice and I can then be free of this conundrum forever and NEVER EVER again purchase anything from DELL.
