Premium Support transfer to replacement x17 R2?

Good Day, 

I recently received my replacement x17 R2, but when viewing my devices when logged into my Dell account, it shows no support options for the exchanged x17 R2? But still shows the faulty x17 R2 with premium support. So now I cant automatically detect the drivers that are out of date?

Update = After verifying ownership and private Service tags, a DELL agent transferred the warranty to the replacement x17 R2.
