Placed a return over a week ago and haven’t received return label

I placed a return over a week ago, called yesterday and spoke with support, and still haven’t received the return label. If the refund takes 10-15 days after Dell receives the order, I feel like I’m being held hostage. I want my money back and they are making it impossible for me to return this stupid computer.
