Payment issue

I have given my Dell laptop at one of nearest dell service centers for repair. I have received a quotation from them citing the amount I have to pay. I tried to pay on the account number provided through paytm, but even after several repeated attempt, my payment failed. I double checked everything like account number and IFSC code but still this issue persists. I do not have a card right now and I need the laptop asap. What to do? I tried to pay to Dell's CITI bank bangalore account
