Order issues

Placed an order for a laptop, order went through but then I received an email stating there was an issue with payment. Contacted my bank, no issues at the banks side. Tried to get on order support but all my order numbers aren't recognised. I am unable to private message, it just takes me back to the community homepage. Can someone help me please
