Order Confirmation
I am not able to find my order on the order status page. I have a Dell Purchase Id number from the email, but have still not received confirmation. I'm afraid to put in another order. This was the only place I found to ask questions. How do I know if there is something wrong?

If you have not received confirmation within three business days (i.e., Wednesday Nov 1), call to find out where the order failed.

@ejn63 Thank you for responding. I received the confirmation this morning. I do not think this is a very good buyer experience though. There was no indication, other than the original email, that I actually placed an order. On the dell website it did not have "Order Pending" or anything.
But thank you again. All is good now.
