No One at Dell Can Tell Me Why I'm Being Charged a Fee

I called your billing dept. to find why I was charged $74.19 on 3/25/2024. I was also told my bill is now $181.55. They couldn't tell me what the fee was for and transferred me to Customer Service. CS said they couldn't immediately tell me what the fee was for, and would need to check further. While waiting, I was transferred to an automated system - and I learned nothing. 

I will pay nothing until someone tells me:

1) What was the original charge of $74.19 for?

2) How did the balance increase to $181.55?
