My Dell laptop order keeps getting canceled
I have been trying to order a dell-precision-7540-000188 via the refurbished page. My billing address is the same as the address on my master card. The order keeps getting canceled after I submit the order. My credit card company says my account is not restricted and the order will be allowed. Further, my address is not a PO box. I need help!
