Missing software from my laptop purchase
When I bought my latest computer from Dell I added some 3rd party software to my bill.
The software I have bought has still not materialized, It's on my bill not on the computer or my dell account. have raised it every day, nothing has got done, Very disappointing, bad customer service, will not be placing another order with them. shameful.
