Lemon U3223QE, unable to get support
Does anyone have any tips on how to get proper support from Dell?
My U3223QE failed just after 6 months (no OSD, power indicator on).
Dell's WhatsApp support has been incredibly frustrating.
- They initially tried to force me to accept a refurbished replacement. Since my brand new unit died after 6 months, I have serious difficulty trusting in a refurb. If I were comfortable with a refurb, I would have saved a lot of money getting one in the first place. Fact is Dell provided a lemon product.
- Dell support/technical/social media team have dragging their feet for more than a week. Each time, they claim to be escalating to a different team and need 24/48 hours. I try to be patient but they only keep extending this endlessly. They can't even arrange for someone to call me.
Is Dell's WhatsApp real? It's functioning like a scam team. It is very poorly-trained in diagnosing basic tech issues and supporting customers.
This whole experience has been extremely appalling - poor product quality and even non-existent support. I choose Dell despite the more expensive price, thinking I will get better quality and support. Both of which have clearly been wrong.
