Laptop fan broken, 30 minutes to verify my account
Tried tech support and the person kept stating everything was fine. My laptop is very hot and at least 1 fans is out of whack. You can hear the fan spinning like it doesn't have bearings. Also, it took the person (when I finally got a human) at least 30 minutes to verify my account. Dell is becoming worthless.

A laptop fan you should remove all dust and clean with air pump for laptop. If totally beoken however it's usually easy fix for serviceperson. Why to wait 30 min I dont know, but problem don't seem too complex.

I couldn't get a service person because the customer support person wouldn't move on from trying to fix the issue over the phone. The issue now is that the laptop is getting very hot and I am worried that the batteries might catch fire. Since, Dell has decided not to send a service person to look at the laptop because technical support states everything is OK.
I will continue to use laptop and if anything happens. Dell will be responsible due to lack of support.
