To submit claim for Mouse/Keyboard bought separately:
- Click this link and select Get Help Now on the bottom right corner of that page.
- Enter your email when requested.
- Next provide the Order Number (found on the invoice for keyboard or mouse).
- Attach a copy of the invoice (image or PDF) in order to validate the purchase information.
- Briefly explain the issue with your mouse or keyboard, you should get an agent assigned to assist you.

How can I claim a warranty for my Dell Wired Keyboard (KB216/KB216d1)?
It's not even a year and the problem has appeared. The space button is not working in my wired external keyword. Purchased from Amazon India, <Private data removed from public view DELL-Admin>. Purchased date 19th November, 2023.
