Is the laptop Warranty Onsite/In-Home Service with Accidental Damage Service based on a laptop S/N or name of the buyer?

I bought a 3yr Accidental Damage Service After Remote Diagnosis with Accidental Damage Service for the new laptop I'm giving my daughter. If she needs to contact the Service department, will they just need the laptop S/N or do I need to put the warranty under her name?
