Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1, Flipkart, WUR

I ordered a Dell Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1 laptop (Service tag removed) from Flipkart on June 11, 2022 and it did not start once. Even the Dell technician came to fix it and could not help. We started the exchange process on June 14, 2022 and were told that the whole unit will be replaced within 30- 40 days according to the policy. The last date was given as July 23 by the customer service. Today It's been 48 days and the product has not even been picked up from us let alone exchanged. I have had a very bad experience buying and exchanging products from Dell . The customer service is of zero use. It is such a long process to talk to an authorized person and after spending so much time the call disconnects and there is no callback and you have to explain the entire thing from the start to some other person. It's highly frustrating and we've been calling them since for weeks and they just telling us to email the WUR (whole unit replacement) team which they don't even reply to.

I am a student at NIFT and I needed it to work during my 2 month holidays. My time has been wasted utterly.
