I was billed $2800 twice for my online Alienware order!

Help, 

I ordered a Dell Alienware desktop last night and was billed twice to my Debit card. My account now has -$2800 and any incoming bills may bounce. I called customer service this morning and day said it should correct itself within a day. It's now 6pm and nothing! I was billed $2800 twice immediately after the purchase! Please Dell, put this money back in my bank account. I now have no money and owe my bank!

Update: Its been well over 24 hours since the initial fraudulent transaction that tied up almost $6000 dollars of my money! Dell keeps lying and saying the problem will correct itself within hours...smh

Dell has accused me of lying by insisting that only 1 'block' charge of $2875.17 was applied to my debit card and bank account, when in fact two block charges of that amount were applied to my bank balance withholding almost $6000 of my money!!! I had to send them activity reports, from my bank, showing that two block charges of $2875.17 were made against my debit card!!!

After the dell care rep from this forum finally realized that I was telling the truth they offered to forward the screenshots of my Banks activity report to the finance dept and resolve this matter with them. They said this would take anywhere between 24 to 48 hours just for a response from the finance dept??? Meanwhile all this money is still being 'blocked' by Dell in my account and unusable. Therefore any automatic bills that hit my bank account in the mean time may bounce and my Bank and Creditor can then hit me with non payment fees!!! My bank can also hit me with a overdraft fee!!! This experience is turning in Nightmare, like the scene out of sci fi  spy thriller...smh

In the mean time, This useless customer support dept, I think its in India, keep trying to insist that only one block charge was made against my account and will clear once the item has shipped, which is until Oct 5ht!!! They expect me to be happy with this response and keep trying to close the ticket out. I insisted that they allow me to speak to a manager and they said a manager would call me back in one hour. It has now been almost 3 hours and no callback from this 'Manager' at Dell???

Can someone at Dell please help me to correct this problem??? My bank is in default by $2300 due to this additional fraudulent 'block' charge put on my account by your company!

If someone at Dell doesn't fix this then I may have to call BBB - better business bureau, 

Does anyone have suggestions of how to fix this or who I should call to complain about this terrible experience so far?

After many back and forth exchanges with Dells support team, and few angry rants on this forum, one of the 'block' charges was finally refunded back to my account. 

Thank you to whomever corrected this.
