I never received the computer or refund for undelivered package

I ordered a desktop computer on 03/29/2024. The delivery date status remains in pending status for delivery. I initiated a request for a refund and spoke with Customer Care on 04/04/2024 and received an email confirming my request in part as follows...

As discussed on the call as per your request we have initiated a refund on this order and full refund will be initiated within 5 to 8 business days. At Dell, we take pride in our service so please let us know if you have any other questions. I am very disappointed regarding this whole process. I have ordered from Dell in the past and never experienced this type of service. I would greatly appreciate some assistance regarding refunding my money.

If you've paid for this with a credit card, contact your financial institution to open a dispute.

@ejn63​  I have contacted my banking institution as this is how I purchased the product. There has not yet been a resolution at this time.

@DELL-Cares​ Thank you for your assistance regarding this matter. As of today, 07/29/2024, the problem has been resolved and a refund was received on 07/26/2024.
