Horrible Service and warranty coverage

Why is there a warranty on gaming monitors that even ALLOWS FOR ANY DEAD PIXELS AT ALL!? These monitors cost hundreds or close to a thousand dollars, and your call center people want to convince my husband first that the dead pixel is HIS FAULT and that up to 5 dead pixels are allowed. For you to brag as a company on your warranty page that you have unyielding customer service and warranty is a joke. You’re hypocritical, only wanting the money for products that already have issues within 6 months of owning. Maybe make a warranty for gaming monitors only that actually allows for an exchange for ANY AMOUNT OF DEAD PIXELS. We will never be purchasing Alienware again, and telling all friends, family, and anyone who will listen.
