Horrible Customer Service, issue still not resolved

My Aurora R14 desktop cannot be started at all. I got a message on 19/09 saying a technician would come on 20/09/2022. The date of today is 26/09 and no one came at all! I totally understand there can be some delay but there is no update from customer service at all. And every time when I call customer service and asked when the technician can come they always told me the technician would come in the next day. Please give me a reasonable ETA if you can not make it happen on time instead of just telling me "We will solve it tomorrow" and no one comes at all. ALL of my work is being blocked and after waiting and chasing for a whole week I still have no idea when I can get this silly machine fixed. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. Will never purchase any Dell equipment in the future.

Update = Resolved. The onsite technician completed the service.
