Fraudulent Sales - Reebelo Order

The item was recieved and when unboxed it was an order from Dell Refurbished Computers that was sent by the seller that was never opened and inspected. Based on my research the seller is not a third party reseller for Dell Inc. The product was ordered from your site and then ordered from Dell directly, in which I could of done myself and then I was overcharged for the device based on a price that was set my the third party seller not based on their usage but based on setting a seperate order from Dell Inc. after ordering from your site, which is what caused the delay is shipping. The seller did not even open upon then package from Dell Inc. and repack the computer. The computer was packed in the box unsecurely and I no for a fact that AVALLAX is not an authorized reseller of original refurbished items from Dell Inc., which would mean the Reebelo would not be an authorized reseller for Dell Inc. as well. How do I know that this product is as described and ordered if purchased directly from Dell Inc. provided an inflated price and resold without even repacking the item and then placed in another box unsecurely?

The device is a Dell Precision 7560 in Accepable Condition not a Dell 7780 in Pristine Condition. Also, the order was delivered to me from the seller in their box and inside the box was a box from Dell Refurbished Computers Inc. not the company on the invoice. The seller never inspected the device or used the device at all whatsoever. The seller ordered the device directly from Dell upon ordering from Reebelo. This is against consumer sells policy as Rebello, Alallex, and Elec-star5 are not approved direct reseller of Dell Computer's directly from the company refurbished directly in their boxing.

I am expecting a response based on this illegal activity and business practice. I will report to the Better Business Bureau, Illinois Attorney General, and Dell Inc.

Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out and allowing us an opportunity to address your concerns.

Dell does not have any relationship with any of the parties you mentioned. Our recommendation would be contacting the Reebelo to address any concerns you have with the order as fulfilled. Please note Dell was not a party to any transaction other than someone, likely as an individual order, placing an order directly on our site under their name based on the information you have provided. Dell does take steps to reduce such occurrences from happening but just as soon as one action is shutdown another often pops up. We will share this specific case with our internal teams, and they will handle things from there, but we would not be able to provide any updates on what transpires.

If you do decide to keep the device, Dell will honor any active warranty the device has. You can check our support site and enter the service tag to see if any warranty remains.
