Fraud

Today i recieved notice of a 1447.23 charge, it is still pending. I did not purchase anything , and i have no way of getting order information to dispute or cancel this before the order goes through. It is memorial day weekend and everything is closed. Can i have this order cancelled or looked ip by amount and time?

please i need help. They took almost everything in my account
