extended warranty Pro Support plus

I purchased extended warranty Pro Support plus when I purchased a Dell desktop (see below). I received an invoice April 22, 2024, for $95.07 from Comenity Capital Bank for payment for this service. I thought this extended service was paid in full (auto renewed to April 23, 2027). I have talked with Comenity representative- disputed the charges and spoke with Sales Extended Warranty, Customer Support and Customer care representatives and cannot get clarity about what I purchased nor why a payment is due on my account. Please advise, thanks!

@DELL-Cares​ I purchased extended warranty Pro Support plus <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> on 11/09/2022) when I purchased a Dell desktop. I received an invoice April 22, 2024, for $95.07 from Comenity Capital Bank for payment for this service. I thought this extended service was paid in full (auto renewed to April 23, 2027). I was also told my payment of $94.11 on 2/15/24 was the extended warranty for the monitor only.  Sales warranty representative says I owe nothing and to contact Customer Care.  I want clarity about what I purchased and why a payment is due on my account. Please advise, thanks!

If not already, tap/click on @Dell-Cares@DELL-Cares link.  Tap/click on private messages.

Keep in mind using return key will send the message.  Use shift + return on a desktop to make the next pgh.  It's a forum glitch.

 I have not heard anything regarding the Extended warranty Pro Support plus I purchased with my desktop computer on 11/9/2022.  Please respond on whether or not my concern/question has been received/resolved? Thanks again!

In this user to user forum, I'm not going to know if they got back to you or not unless there's a reply in this forum.  The next thing I would try is the "Get help now" button on the lower-right (if not already).
