End date of support status

Hi,

My DELL dock station wd19tb (the dock was purchased in 2021 and suppose to have 3 years of warranty) had support services expiration date until the 29th of January 2024. The dock was malfunctioning and was replaced by DELL. However, recently I've noticed that the support services for the new dock will end on the 1st of January 2023, which is 1 year earlier than it is supposed to be . Any ideas about this?
