Easy-access "Pay My Bill" hyperlink on the main web page

Dell,

Why (for many years) do you refuse to place an easy-access hyperlink on your www.dell.com website? It is a bizarre process to navigate to your Dell Financial Services (DFS) accounts page! Why do you choose to make it so difficult for customers to pay their bills? Is this an intentional "road-block" that your executive team has determined in the best financial interest of your company -- where you can accrue more charges for late payments? Or are your web designers just It is one or the other. If you have any interest in your customers at all, please place a logically positioned "Pay My Bill" hyperlink on your primary www.dell.com splash page.

I have been looking all over the dell site for a place to pay my bill.  I don't see it anywhere.  Dell is so messed up now.  I cant believe Now I cant find a link to pay my bill.  I'm sure they will give me a late fee if I'm late.

Thank you for posting your comments and bringing your concerns to our attention. I regret you are experience difficulty making a payment to your Dell Financial Services (DFS) account. We recently updated our Dell, Inc., website in order to make navigating our products and services easier.

Please be certain you are going to the correct website at http://dell.to/18pUBTZ. Once you have created a profile online for your Dell Preferred Account (DPA), and are logged in, you’ll see the “make a payment” option.
