Duplicate charge

Who am I supposed to contact regarding a duplicate charge for a laptop I just purchased? After a Google search I see this is a common issue with Dell. Unfortunately I didn't know that ahead of time or I would have never made a purchase with them. Any help would be appreciated, I've tried several ways to contact them and so far have heard nothing back
