Digital game order cancelled
I am trying to place an order for a Digital Xbox game but it keeps getting cancelled.
I am using Dell Dollars.
My Dell points and Dell dollars are expiring soon so can I please get some help.
I have tried online chat but they did not help at all.

I was going to respond via the message but it is closed.
Asking me to pay another way instead of using Dell rewards, this not right.
I have earned those dell rewards and I can use them on whatever item I want to, I dont recall seeing restrictions.
I have used Dell rewards before and purchased Xbox digital games, so no reason to deny now.
Please help me so I can purchase Xbox digital game with Dell rewards.
