Dell Rewards Issue

I have just ordered/purchased a Dell Inspiron Laptop 2 in 1. I am in Canada.

I had logged in to Dell Canada but for some odd reason it gives me the following message:

You are a Dell Rewards member of US region or country. Your Rewards will not be applicable in this country or region you logged in.

Please verify the domain and switch account.

I have searched your website to find out how to verify the domain and switch account but cannot find anything.

Could you please send me a link on how to verify the domain and switch the account so that I can obtain my Dell Rewards points.
