Dell customer service is the worst in the business

Your customer service is the worst in the business! Your product stink too! I purchased a laptop and it took your incompetent company a week to send it, only to find out it was the wrong item sent! I returned the laptop and it took 2 weeks now to get the laptop that arrived today. This laptop stinks soooo bad it doesnt even do basic features, like for example when i double click on a picture nothing happens. It doesnt open picture or anything. What a piece of junk! No wonder no stores even carry Dell! I dont know what i was thinking buying your junk! Your customer service stinks so bad i have sent message after message and never received a response. I am now getting online and buying a laptop from another brand, and as soon as that laptop arrives and i are turning this garbage! I am also posting on every site i can find to warn others! If you all had any common sense whatsoever you would have rushed the 2nd laptop, especially after you messed up the 1st order! Who can wait over a week in todays day and age, people need their laptop daily! My business has been all messed up because i put my trust in you grossly incompetent people, and its been nothing but a nightmare this week! i cant wait to return this junk and leave negative feedback about Dell.
