Dell Customer Service is not ready to refund for the missing package

Hi,

I ordered a Dell 14" laptop on July 5th and the FedEx did not deliver to my unit and left it lobby/vestibule on July 10th. I received the delivery notification very late and by the time I went to check the lobby, the package was missing.

I reported it to Dell and FedEx on same day and on July 15th, Dell logistics team denied the refund / replacement claiming it was delivered to right address. I also filed a police complaint on July 15th. It was not delivered to my unit and it's the FedEx fault and Dell's fault for not providing clear details to FedEx to deliver it to the unit and not to the building lobby.

I keep calling Dell Customer service to speak to the supervisor / manager and they are simply forwarding it to robot calls. Such a pathetic service. Please provide your response ASAP.

@DELL-Cares​ Despite providing all necessary information and documentation to Warranty Verification team and Dell Customer teams, they simply creating new tickets and sending the same data to Warranty verification team for approval and Warranty Verification team sending it to Customer Care team stating they will take care. 
What kind of harassment is this?
Your customer care team located in India do not understand the customer concern and simply ending the calls abruptly and making me to call literally every day for update?
Is this how you treat and harass your customers?
They are not ready to process the refund despite providing police complaint attachment and all other details.
