Dell Comenity does not work to order from Dell, #2
I have the same problem and nobody will help me. I have called Comenity and Dell several times and both keep telling me to contact the other. I have been dealing with this since Comenity took over. Nobody knows what the other is doing. I'm tired of explaining myself over and over. I'm done, I give up. Now I am just watching my credit and so far all is good. I will fight <Profanity is never allowed on our Forum. DELL-Admin> if they touch my credit because I have done everything on my end to get this fixed.

@DELL-Cares My name is Denise M and till this day it's still not resolved. My phone number on my account is <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>, which i am able to verify through my link I receive yet website tells me account not found. My address <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>. I also received a letter with new account number but that's wrong too and that is 5 <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> And my old Dell account number is <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> My email is <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>
