Dell account

Plz reply to: <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>

Does anybody read this?

My husband wanted to ditch the Dell desktop, keyboard and screen for an Apple and I said: No, no, no! What would it take to upgrade what we have since we’ve hardly ever used the Dell? I’m familiar w. Dell products because that’s all we ever had in our NM classrooms.

He said we need a camera and an external hard drive. He called and called to order but he didn’t understand the staff, was connected here and there, couldn’t hear and gave up in frustration. He then said:Apple and I said No!  I’ve called for the past 2 months every week and have been on the phone for at least 3 hrs. trying to use our Dell account to buy the 2 items. We continue to get the “I’m sorry “ page at the end of checkout using my cell phone and desktop. I have given up. My last call was on 7/13/2024. Some staff were great and some condescending in tone. Our account will be closed after payoff because it is useless.

We r the baby boomers on a fixed income and we r almost pd. off. I’m proud of this fact as we go to a food bank and struggle to pay for prescription drugs.  Don’t blow us off, Dell Co. I used our checking acct. to get 1 part, at least.
