Damaged laptop delivered - Dell completely ignoring my request for replacement.

Laptop delivered damaged - reported to Dell within half hour of delivery - dell.care representative advised I had to wait for Dell to investigate and talk to their carrier/DPD... not my problem Dell! Sort this out on your own time not mine! receptionist signed for delivery without any knowledge of what was in box or having to check the box for damage! Have tried to get Dell to resolve by emailing sales person, dell.care people, noone answers the phone (that you phone me on to say I have to wait whilst you talk with your carrier!) 8 days later still being completely ignored! No acceptable way to treat a customer - WANT A REFUND NOW - you have failed to deliver goods I have purchased! What are you going to do about this Dell?
