Customer Care, South Africa, monitor claim

I'm having issues reaching the Dell Customer Care South Africa. I've used the number they have provided online (0800167000) but once I've chosen the customer care option, an automated response recommends I find the solution online and ends the call. Can I please ask for assistance in putting in a warranty claim for a faulty monitor which is still under the warranty and advanced exchange support? Any assistance would be appreciated.
