complaint, delivery of a replacement monitor

I demand immediate attention to the following issues:

Despite receiving an email promising the delivery of a replacement monitor on July 11th, I was left empty-handed. Subsequently, UPS cited "internal technical problems" as the reason for the delay. This is unacceptable, as it appears that a Dell update has caused the malfunction of my monitor.

I refuse to spend any more time chasing your company for updates on a delivery issue caused by Dell. My attempts to raise a complaint through customer services were met with unreasonable delays and unhelpful redirections.

Despite explaining the situation multiple times and enduring interruptions from the agent, I was only provided with a promise of the new monitor arriving by the end of the day today (July 15, 2024), with the suggestion to "be patient" if it didn't arrive. This is unacceptable, as I have already endured significant waiting and inconvenience due to the lack of updates on the delivery.

I insist on immediate resolution to these issues, as the problems have arisen solely due to a Dell system update. This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable, and I expect prompt and effective action to rectify the situation.
