I bought a dell laptop for the 2nd time by accident because I called  the bank to see if the transaction went through and it didn't so I made a new purchase because I thought it didn't go through at the bank..now I'm -354.00 in my bank account and I have no money now. . Can you please help with my refund... and also I sent the 2nd computer back with the door dash delivery person I want to know if you have received it .. please let me know..
