Check authenticity from Dell

I have an invoice by Paypal, also replied to Dell_29@Dell.com, sent to my email (associated with this forum account) early July (July 1)

I would like to know if this is actually Dell before I make the payment. The content and invoice look real, but the payment request might not be real.

Simple enough:  did you make an order in that amount recently?  If so, it's likely legitimate.  If you did not, it's a phishing attempt.

I'm trying to pay, but Paypal acts very weird. Basically, it requires me to input my credit card information twice. After this, I can no longer input my credit card information. Also, there are 2 pending $0 Paypal transaction on my credit card. Can you check on your end if this payment goes through, or whether something else is going on with this invoice?
