Can not contact customer support through online portal
I can not reach technical support through my dell account as I can't click "next" as shown in the picture below because I can't select any issues (this is the only option it allows me).

You may try contact support through this platform. Click on this link and you will see a Get Help Now button on the lower right of your screen. Click on that GHN button will start a live chat session and you will be in touch with support agents. Remember to prepare your account information to provide when asked.
