Bose speaker extended warranty support

I had purchased a Bose speaker (more than an year back) and had also bought 3-Year Product Protection Plan for Portable Electronics. My Speaker has stopped working and I need to know who can I contact for the support and possible replacement? I called several Dell number yesterday and spoke to more than 10 Dell people and everyone kept on transferring me to another person. It is highly frustrating. Please help
