Backspace, t, y, caps lock, left shift ,[] ,F3 and F7 keys not working after booting

Those keybind are not working in my laptops keyboard and it does not hae any mechanical issue.I havo use an external keyboard and it work perfectly.
When leaving the device running for long time they work again, but they take random time.

i have ubuntu 22.04 and i didn't download any addetional driver.
