Authorized Return 3 months Ago with no Refund Help?

Good morning,

I purchased an Alienware R2 Base Computer and split the payment $500 down payment on my credit card and $716 financed on a Dell Preferred Account.  I contacted dell and was granted a full refund as the item would be returned within 21 days.  The item was returned and confirmed received by dell within the 21 day period on Aug 22nd.  Following this time period Dell was contacted on at least 10 different occasions as a refund was never issued.  It has almost been 3 months now since the item was returned with no refund.  Both Dell and Dell Financial Services have been contacted.  The same promise that a return will be issued within 5-7 business days is given with no results.  I contacted Dell last evening who indicated that a refund was issued on 11/2 along with a credit ID number, however, no refund is appearing on either my credit card or dell preferred account.  A debit is still shown on both with no credit.  

In addition to not being given a refund, I am continued to may payments towards the $716 dollar debit on my dell preferred account for a computer that was returned 3 months ago to avoid having my credit score damaged.  This is has been a horrible experience that I wish on no one.  I have requested a charge back with my credit card company.  If anyone else can provide help it would be greatly appreciated.
