After purchasing dell laptop and cover can I cancel the order and place new order

Hello if I purchased a laptop along with accidental coverage from Dell official website after half an  hour can I cancel the order for full refund so that with same money or paying extra will purchase  new  Dell laptop which have C port & other extra configuration .
