Zoneset distribution

Hi,

I am having the below settings for the vsan.

show zone status vsan 10

VSAN: 10 default-zone: deny distribute: active only Interop: default

    mode: basic merge-control: allow

    session: none

    hard-zoning: enabled broadcast: unsupported

Default zone:

    qos: none broadcast: unsupported ronly: unsupported

Distribute is set as Active only and mode is set to Basic.

Query 1  :With this settings, if I have activated the zoneset in one of the switch in the fabric and didnot do any manual distribution.

Still only by activation, will the active zoneset will get distributed to all switches in the fabric or not ?

Query 2 : what's the difference between basic and enhanced mode

Query 3 : What is a zone server database and where it resides ? whats its role ?
