And you're asking what TXM ADM is ? Seems to me it's either a bunch of CWDM SFP's (in a portchannel) in your switches which you connect to your dark fiber or perhaps an external machine which does the long wave communication for you ?
AFAIK in a 9506 you can plug in CWDM SFP's and use them to communicate over 60km at 4Gbps rate, so why are you at 2Gbps ?
If this TXM ADM thingy of yours is a separate machine, it could be a Cisco 9222i or something, or a Brocade/McData/CNT thingy...
Please be a little more specific about what you're trying to find out.
